this is a running list of connectors and their associated terminals that I’ve dealt with in various Jeep mods. Maybe this’ll be useful for anyone who wants to do rewiring as stock as possible.
I’m new to Jeep and was looking for a single source for this information. Some info is scattered around the forum and I’ve cited those gratefully, but a lot of it was found by just by searching on the connector part numbers as listed in Jeep’s connector wiring diagrams.

Front Door Connectors (XY600A / XY650A)
Side Mirror Connectors (I6624A / I6626A)

I’ve used all of these sources at one time or another. In the end, Mouser became my go-to because of its extensive stock and low prices. You can find pre-wired connector sets on mopar, ebay, or some of these sites below, but the prices are ridiculously inflated compared to buying the loose parts and building yourself. Get some wire and a proper crimper you’re on your way.
Note. All terminals come in a range of wire-gagues. I included P/N and links for some of the most useful ones below.
